Hiiiii. Hope you all are well. Today I’m going to be sharing a quick but very tasty recipe with you: blueberry jam. It’s one of my favorites and has been for quite some time now. I really enjoy eating this with a little yogurt bowl/parfait but feel free to eat it with whatever your heart desires.

here’s what you need:

  • blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • maple syrup (sub agave or honey)

this is what you need to do:

  • add two cups of blueberries to a pot.

  • add your sweetener.

  • add a little water (if you want to– not necessary).

  • bring to a small boil on medium heat.

  • turn down to a simmer (for about 5 minutes).

  • allow it to cool, then add to an airtight jar.

  • refrigerate for 24 hours.

  • enjoy.
